    This is to request refund of the train tickets purchased thru Rail Europe for March 24, 2020 travel from Paris to Brest. Details of tickets are as follows:

Hence, I am formally requesting for a full refund of the purchased tickets in the amount of 117.80 EUR (net of 5.00 EUR processing fee). For the refund, please credit our Citibank Credit Card for 117.80 EUR.

    I have travelled in Europe this past December and due to French strike I had to cancel my train same day travel from London to Brussels and to Amsterdam. Rail Europe reimbursed the tickets from London to Brussels but from Brussels to Amsterdam they requested that I send the original tickets to Buenos Aires in order to be reimbursed, The tickets cost was approximately 150 Euros and I had to spend another 50 Euros to send the tickets in due time to Buenos Aires in order to have a reimbursement. After that, it has been 2 months now and no News from Rail Europe despite a series of e mails sent. Not even 1 reply to that. Should I look for legal assistance for this sort of services? Should I spent a few hours to get other customers aware in the media of what they are getting into? There are plenty of alternatives, same costs, better services!

    I am also requesting a refund for 3 round-trip tickets, Paris to Bourdeaux. Unable to make the trip from the United States because of the CoronaVirus. Website says tickets are cancellable online, but it does not allow me to do that.

    I am requesting a refund for train ticket from Barcelona to Sevilla. Unable to travel due to COVID19 restrictions. I have sent two requests via your Contact Us form but no confirmation from your system stating you have received the requests. It would be helpful to have a confirmation email and would save customers from having to post on your Blog about this.
